L’ADAR m\u00e8ne une politique d’\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale en lien avec les dispositions de la Branche de l’aide \u00e0 domicile, cependant les indicateurs permettant d’\u00e9tablir l’index \u00ab\u00a0Egalit\u00e9 Femmes-Hommes\u00a0\u00bb le rend incalculable pour notre association au titre de l’ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>

Pour autant, notre engagement sur le sujet de faiblit pas et la mobilisation de la Direction pour l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits est au couer des actions men\u00e9es.<\/p>
